With many causes of system failure, getting to the problem area is the first stop and with the general reliability of modern electronics can result in the odd surprise (mice nibble cables!)

We use our knowledge and experience to fault find logically and efficiently and then offer the best solution in relation to cost, minimising disruption etc.

Sometimes it’s a case of looking at a system, replacing an item that is the weak link and as such greatly improving the system as a whole.

For faulty equipment with good manufacturer back up (sadly not always the case) then we also offer an electronic repair service.
